I spent the last few weeks in North Wales, one of my absolute favourite places on earth! I’ve been exploring these wild mountains, lakes and rivers for over 20 years - eventually buying a beautiful old, Welsh cottage here so I could visit more. Last week I was sitting with a coaching client. "I can't work out why I feel so lost and overwhelmed. Is it menopause? ADHD? Trauma? Burnout? Or maybe I'm just not trying hard enough?"
