Wanting More Without Derailing Your Life
When you know something needs to change, but aren’t ready to force it
A FREE 60-Minute Workshop
You don’t need a crisis to know something’s not quite right
Many women I work with are thoughtful, capable, good-hearted and grateful women.
On paper, their lives look good.
Nothing is obviously “wrong”.
There’s no dramatic breaking point that demands action.
And yet…
Something feels off.
Or flat.
Or quietly unfinished.
Not always a clear dissatisfaction – just a sense that you’re not quite at home in your own life anymore.
That something in you is waiting for more space to breathe, be expressed, and come alive.
If that resonates, you’re not imagining it.
And you’re definitely not alone.
For some women, it’s vague.
For others, it’s painfully clear.
Some women arrive here feeling confused.
They can’t quite name what’s missing – only that the life they’re living no longer feels fully true.
Others know exactly what isn’t working.
They know what they want more of.
They know what needs to change.
But knowing feels dangerous.
Because acknowledging it might mean they’d have to do something about it.
So instead, they negotiate with themselves.
They minimise.
They delay.
They tell themselves now isn’t the time.
Or they silence the whole thing with a familiar thought:
“I should just be more grateful.”
Gratitude isn’t the same as feeling fulfilled
Gratitude is a powerful practice.
It can steady us, soften resentment, and bring perspective.
But when gratitude is used to override a deeper truth, it can quietly keep us stuck.
You can love your life.
You can appreciate what you have.
And still not feel fully alive in it.
That doesn’t make you ungrateful.
It makes you human.
We are meant to grow.
We are meant to evolve.
We are meant to want different things in different seasons.
Listening to that doesn’t mean blowing everything up.
What this workshop is (and isn’t)
This free live workshop is a gentle, honest space for both of these experiences – confusion and clarity.
It’s a place to orient, not to do the deeper work. That kind of change needs time, safety, and a longer, more held container.
This workshop is not:
-
a “fix your life” session
-
a push to make big decisions
-
a motivational pep talk
-
a shortcut to transformation
It is:
-
a place to make sense of what you’re feeling
-
a way to understand why this longing gets dismissed or silenced
-
an opportunity to stop second-guessing yourself
-
a chance to feel less alone with what’s stirring
No forcing.
No diagnosing.
No pressure to change anything.
We'll Explore Together
In this 60-minute live workshop, we’ll explore:
-
Why wanting more so often feels disloyal or selfish
-
The fear underneath listening to what you already sense or know
-
How to separate desire from impulsive action
-
Why trying to “figure it out alone” keeps this loop going
-
What it looks like to move toward change without derailing your life
Most women leave feeling:
-
steadier and braver
-
kinder towards themselves
-
more trusting of their own knowing
-
less urgent, but more honest
-
Not with answers – but with orientation.
This workshop is for you if :
-
You’re not in crisis, but something no longer quite fits
-
You feel unfulfilled, restless, or quietly dissatisfied
-
You know something needs to change, but aren’t ready to force it
-
You find yourself talking yourself out of what feels true
-
You want depth without drama, and honesty without upheaval
This workshop may not be right if you’re looking for:
-
quick fixes
-
external answers
-
someone to tell you what to do

A little note from me
Hi, I'm Deborah Berryman
I’m a caoch, yoga and somatic movement teacher with over 20 years’ experience supporting women through change.
I specialise in working with thoughtful, capable women in midlife who feel caught between wanting more and fearing what change might cost.
My work is grounded, trauma-informed, body-based, and relational.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to force. Just space to come home to yourself and your own truth.
How it Works
-
Live 60-minute workshop
-
Gentle teaching, reflection, and space to listen
-
Replay available if you can’t attend live
Optional follow-up:

An invitation
You don’t need clarity.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t need to know what you want yet.
Just a willingness to listen – without silencing yourself with “I should be grateful”.
If something in you softened as you read this, that’s enough.
No pressure to do or say anything, just warm invite to come exactly as you are, listen and take what’s useful.
👉 SAVE ME A SPOT - I need this
Expect to leave with a little more space in your chest, a calmer nervous system, and language that finally supports what you’ve been feeling.
Want to take it Deeper?
If this session hits home, I'll be opening up two coaching spots later this month for women who are ready to take this work further — to turn clarity into lasting change through 1:1 coaching (4- or 12-week options).
These fill quickly, so if this feels like your next step, grab your seat now and mark your diary.
A Note on Safety
This workshop is for situations or relationships where there’s basic safety and mutual respect. If you’re in a situation involving emotional or physical abuse, please reach out to Women’s Aid or your local service. You deserve to be safe first.
