Ever feel so tired it’s hard to even think straight? Like you just need a pause – a chance to rest, breathe, and take stock – without anyone needing anything from you? The relentless demands of daily life can drown out your sense of who you are and what you’re here to do. But it never seems like the right time. There’s always something else on the list, or someone else to look after. And the guilt that comes with prioritising yourself is very real. I know this place all too well. The weight of responsibility can leave us overwhelmed, depleted, and even resentful. Deep down, you know something has to shift – but how can you figure out what or how when you’re running on empty? Exhaustion is sneaky. It keeps us stuck in a cycle of “too much yet never enough.” When our nervous system is overloaded, it’s almost impossible to feel clear or make good decisions. This gathering is your invitation to step off for a few hours – to rest, replenish, and remember yourself. I’ll guide you through simple, potent practices I’ve been teaching for 20 years to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and create the conditions for clarity and peace to return. Because when a woman is rested, she can hear her own wisdom again. She reconnects to her courage, her strength, and her joy. She remembers herself. You can expect: ~ A soft and warm landing ~ Slow, delicious somatic movement to unwind deeply held tension ~ Long Restorative Yoga poses for profound rest ~ Gently guided with spacious and soft silence ~ Space to journal, or reflect with others A calmer, clearer sense of yourself – without the striving to be all things to all people Who is it for? Booking + Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS: Spaces for my coaching, trainings and events are limited and therefore must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment. Before committing to a program, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of it. CANCELLATIONS: Mentoring & Coaching Packages • 30 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 30 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Mentoring Sessions, Classes and 1-to-1 • 48 hours or more prior to event start time: session will be rescheduled. • 48 hours or less cancelling, rescheduling or no show, full session fee will be charged. Short Courses & One Day Events • 14 days or more prior to event start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 13 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Trainings and Retreats • 90 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less deposit (or 10% admin fee if no deposit) • 89 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. To help keep events (and my livelihood!) viable, these policies are firm. With regret, no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
