Weekly: Wednesdays 4pm GMT | 12pm ET | 9am PT It's a rolling course so you can join any time So many of our beliefs about aging come from a social narrative full of myths. We'll spend these weeks together exploring and dispelling these myths, and creating a new narrative that feels more true and hopeful. “We’re still living with the old paradigm of age as an arch. That’s the old metaphor. You’re born, you peak at midlife and decline into decrepitude…A more appropriate metaphor is a staircase. Booking + Cancellation Policy

BOOKINGS: Spaces for my coaching, trainings and events are limited and therefore must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment. Before committing to a program, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of it. CANCELLATIONS: Mentoring & Coaching Packages • 30 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 30 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Mentoring Sessions, Classes and 1-to-1 • 48 hours or more prior to event start time: payment will be refunded less £20 admin fee. • 48 hours or less cancelling or rescheduling, full session fee will be charged. Short Courses & One Day Events • 14 days or more prior to event start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 13 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. Trainings and Retreats • 90 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less deposit (or 10% admin fee if no deposit) • 89 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. To help keep events (and my livelihood!) viable, these policies are firm. With regret, no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
