Join me as we gather in the warmth of great company to honour what has been and turn our hearts towards what is ready to unfold in the year ahead. The challenge for us humans is that – despite our best intentions - we are habituated, attached to and identified with our familiar patterns and beliefs; our cocoon. And yet we know deep down it hurts more to hang on to these things, than to let go. This urban day retreat is dedicated to exploring where we are at this point in our lives and pointing our compass toward a meaningful future that reflects who you are now. We’ll practice delicious, slow movement - somatics and yoga - to release held tension, along with meditation and rest to gain more clarity. And have a blast workshopping ideas and discussions on the struggles and joys of being human. I will provide writing and meditation prompts to help us ‘shift’ from that sense of stuckness into the larger heart-space within all of us —more open, present and curious – willing to take the ‘exquisite risk’ of being more fully ourselves. You’ll leave the day reconnected to and feeling excited about dropping into a more authentic way of living, inviting you into something new; something fuller. This is the perfect reset button. Bring a journal and pen. Who’s it for? Anyone interested in being intentional about the direction of this coming year. Less 'New Year Resolutions', more 'Curating a Meaningful Life'. Complete beginners to yoga and meditation welcome and encouraged. Day and Time Saturday 20th January 11am – 5pm * You may also want to join us for the One Day Silent Retreat on the Sunday and make it a weekend retreat. Option to stay overnight at The Granary – Please contact The Granary direct to arrange this. Price £59 each (please bring a light lunch). It's a mile from Junction 13 of M1, between Milton Keynes and Bedford.

Livestream Classes: • 2 hours or more, class will be credited • Less than 2 hours, no credit Short Courses & Events: • 14 days or more prior to the course/event start date: your payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 13 days or less prior to the course/event start date: payments are not refundable. Trainings and Retreats: • 60 days or more prior to the course date: your payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee or deposit • 59 days or less prior to the course date: payments are not refundable.
