I believe society needs to develop a whole army of wise mentors to deal with the stress, confusion and conflict that we all experience. A mentor can play an important role in the inner development of a student or teacher. Both yoga and mindfulness include ethics, lifestyle, livelihood and action in the world. It is through the sharing of small supportive details and practices that a difference can be made to the life of teacher and their community of people. In these 1:1 sessions and class observations, I support you in deepening your practice, teaching and relational skills as a teacher and as a human In my mentoring sessions I - ● Encourage and support teachers in their practice, teaching and in the integration and into their daily lives and relationships ● Draw out the wisdom from the teacher's own experience and offer guidance and wise counsel ● Model mindful communication, listening and speaking with presence, openness and curiosity ● Highlights areas for growth in practice, teaching and integration of practice ● Give appreciation and nourishment to deepen their sense of self-worth If this sounds like a good fit, then contact me to chat through your specific goals.

Booking + Cancellation Policy

BOOKINGS: Spaces on my trainings and events are limited and therefore must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment. Before committing to a 1-to-1, course or event, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme. CANCELLATIONS: • Classes and 1-to-1 Sessions cancelled 48 hours or more prior to event start time: payment will be refunded less £20 admin fee. • Less than 48hours, no refund • Short Courses & One Day Events cancelled 14 days or more prior to event start date: payment will be refunded, less £20 admin fee • 13 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. • Trainings and Retreats cancelled 90 days or more prior to start date: payment will be refunded, less deposit (or 10% admin fee if no deposit) • 89 days or less prior to start date: payments are not refundable. To help keep events (and my livelihood!) viable, this policies are firm. With regret, no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
